La Crosse PD Neighborhood Response Team busts suspected drug dealer

Marijuana, cash, stun guns, and handgun recovered

The La Crosse Police Department’s Neighborhood Response Team arrested a suspected drug dealer Wednesday.

Officers were conducting surveillance in response to neighborhood complaints of drug activity in the 1400 block of Caledonia Street on the city’s north side.

Officers observed suspicious activity behind 1417 Caledonia Street.

After further investigation, officers were able to obtain a search warrant for the residence.

Inside, they found 611 grams of marijuana, $7,043 in cash, two electronic stun guns, a handgun and other drug paraphernalia.

Police arrested Eddy A. Arca, 27, on charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver-THC, Possession of Electric Weapon, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Police also arrested Joshua D. McCracken, 19, on charges of Possession of THC, Possession of Electric Weapon, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on a signature bond.
