La Crosse County Health Dept. asks for community members to help get more personal protective equipment
Range of skills can help the effort
La Crosse is looking for your help to round up and even create more personal protective equipment like face masks for our health care providers.
The health department director said while they are busy assessing which materials and equipment they need, they would like to hear from you if you have a way to help out in this effort.
“We would want you to send us an e-mail with something in the subject line that pertains to what you are willing to supply or donate or assist with and we will work to coordinate that effort. So if for example you are a seamstress and you want to provide assistance with masks put masks in the subject line and we will have someone who will be working on coordinating that effort. We are grateful for those out there who have the ability to help in some way,” said La Crosse County Health Department director Jen Rombalski.
They are looking for donations, material and help making personal protective equipment for our health care providers.
The e-mail to use is COVID19@LaCrosseCounty.org.
