The County’s annual dairy breakfast took place Saturday morning at Birchwood Hollow Farm south of West Salem.
Pancakes with butter, cheesy eggs, yogurt, frozen custard and milk was on the menu for the long-running tradition.
Plus, there were educational booths and farm tours, as a way to make sure anyone new to a dairy farm can learn how they work.

“I think it’s just good to get the city people out here, I mean the kids especially are having a great time,” said Rick Oldenburg, 2022 La Crosse County Dairy Breakfast host.
The day comes during National Dairy Month.
If you missed out on the festivities, there are still some events still planned through the end of June.
