La Crosse County board chair reflects on 2015
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — La Crosse County Board Chair Tara Johnson is celebrating the new year by reflecting on a busy 2015 for the county.
She said the past year was highlighted by the construction of the new building going up on Lot C, across from the county courthouse, and the county’s future move into the former Associated Bank building.
Johnson expects 2016 to bring continued growth for La Crosse County and said the county will continue making partnerships in the community to make sure 2016 is a success.
“That’s how things happen in this community most effectively. When it’s all of us working together on a focused goal that we have. I think we’ve all learned it does not work well to have each of us doing our own thing,” Johnson said.
The county will be moving into its new home in the fall.
