La Crosse Center to hold public hearing on future renovations
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — You have a chance to get a first look at future renovations at the La Crosse Center.
The Center Board will present design plans and renderings for expanding the La Crosse Center at two public hearings set for Monday afternoon. The plans include a new ballroom on the west side of the building and a terrace overlooking the Mississippi River.
The director of the La Crosse Center says the hearing is a chance for people to add input and get involved in the project.
“They’re exterior shots, but this is our starting point to get to the public and get some feedback and understand, you know, what we got there, and if that is something they would like to pursue or go a different direction,” said Art Fahey.
The meetings will be held at 3 and 5 p.m. in the La Crosse Center’s boardroom.
