La Crescent mobile home fire third in a week at same location; investigated as arson
LA CRESCENT, Minn. (WKBT)- A fire at a mobile home in La Crescent Thursday night was the third fire at that same location in a week.
It happened at 428 S. 16th St. in the Kistler Mobile Home Park in La Crescent.
The home originally caught fire Monday night and the investigation determined it was accidental.
Gas and electric were turned off in the home.
The fire department was paged out again Wednesday morning and the state fire marshal determined that fire to be suspicious in nature.
Firefighters responded around 7:00 p.m. Thursday night to the same address for a report of another fire.
It was determined to be suspicious again.
No one was injured.
The family living in the mobile home has been displaced since the fire Monday night.
The state fire marshal is continuing its investigation.
