Judge presiding over Joseph Poterucha’s sexual assault of a child court proceedings changes
According to the criminal complaint, Poterucha sexually assaulted a child under 13 years old.
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – The judge presiding over Joseph Poterucha’s sexual assault of a child has changed.
Ahead a planned hearing Friday, Judge Todd Bjerke was listed as the responsible official replacing Judge Elliott Levine.
Poterucha is charged with three counts of first degree sexual assault of a child under 13.
