Showers and T-storms Possible Tomorrow

Good evening. We are watching a weak warm front lifting toward the area. As we head into tonight, look for a weak feed of moisture to overrun the front. This will lead to isolated showers. It will also lead to areas of fog, especially west of the Mississippi River. It will be a mild night as lows only fall into the upper 40s to lower 50s.
The warm front lifts north of the area tomorrow. It will be followed by a week cool front. This front could generate a few showers and t-storms, but at this time, any rain that develops should be rather isolated at best. Despite abundant cloud cover it will be a warm day for April. Afternoon high will rise into the 65 to 70 degree range.
Skies clear behind the front tomorrow night. Allowing temperatures to drop into the middle 30s to near 40.
Yet another disturbance moves in for Wednesday. This system will bring a good chance of light rain for much of the day on Wednesday. Look for highs in the middle and upper 50s.
Looking Ahead… temperatures cool off for the end of the week into the weekend. Highs through the period will range from the middle 40s to lower 50s and lows will drop into the upper 20s to middle 30s. We’ll see a slight chance of showers Thursday. Friday and Saturday look dry. The threat of isolated showers returns for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. However, we should see many dry hours these days.
Have a great night! -WKBT Cory Malles
