Iowa woman accused of purposely hitting man with car
COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (AP) — A Council Bluffs woman has been arrested after police say she purposely hit a man with her vehicle.
Television station KETV in Omaha, Nebraska, reports that 31-year-old Bridget Wilson was arrested Friday morning on suspicion of domestic assault. Police say that after she hit the man, she also hit his vehicle at the American Inn in Council Bluff. Police say she led officers on a short chase before pulling over.
Police say she also faces charges of operating while intoxicated, eluding and criminal mischief.
Police say the man she hit was treated by Council Bluffs paramedics and is expected to recover from minor injuries.
