Initial appearance for woman charged with misconduct in office
VIROQUA, Wis. (WKBT) — A Viroqua woman is making her initial appearance in Vernon County court, facing a charge of misconduct in office.
48-year-old Pamela Eitland made her initial appearance Tuesday morning.
Eitland faces a maximum penalty of a fine of $10,000 and a sentence of three years and six months.
The charge is a Class I Felony.
The felony charge follows accusations that she took more than $5,200 from a county program for payment of family medical bills.
