Ice rink opens at La Crosse’s Rotary Lights

The ice rink at Rotary Lights in La Crosse’s Riverside Park opened to the public Wednesday for the first time this season.

Officials say they were waiting for several cold nights to be able to flood the rink.

The status of the rink is dependent on the weather. You can keep up-to-date by visiting the Rotary Lights Facebook page or by calling the voicemail recording at (608) 784-9993.

Skates are available in all sizes from Junior 10 through Adult size 13. They’re handed out on a first-come first-served basis.
