Houska Drive in La Crosse to be closed from Hood to Market pedestrian bridge
LA CROSSE (WKBT) — Joseph Houska Drive in La Crosse will be closed for reconstruction from Hood Street to the Market Street pedestrian bridge from Monday until late May.
The Houska Dog Park will remain open during construction. Anyone wanting to use the park should use the gravel road on the east side of Isle La Plume for access, according to the city’s Engineering Department.
