LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – A Holocaust survivor is sharing her story of survival with community members.

“It can happen again. Because the first world war was the war to end all wars. Never again a war. And 20 years later, they were preparing again for a war,” said holocaust survivor Eva Schloss.

Eva Schloss talked about her life before, during and after her time in Auschwitz, as well as what we can do now to fight hatred.

She spoke to a virtual audience as part of Viterbo University’s D.B. Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership spring lecture series.
