Holmen officials celebrate grand opening of new office building
HOLMEN, Wis. (WKBT) — The development of one of our area’s fastest-growing communities continues with the opening of a new office building.
Officials in Holmen cut the ribbon today on the new 814 Main Street building, which will house three medical practices and fill a lot that’s been vacant for decades.
Holmen Village Administrator Scott Heinig says the opening of the building caps off a great year of change for the community.
“This was a property that was blighted for 35 years, and these investors came in and pitched together and put something together that will basically stand the test of time for our community for decades to come,” said Heinig.
The 814 Main Street building will be the home for an eye care clinic, dentistry practice and spine health practice.
Heinig says he expects more developments to continue into next year.
