Holmen celebrates the holidays with Jingle Fest
HOLMEN, Wis. (WKBT)- Holmen is celebrating the holiday season with Jingle Fest.
This is the second annual Jingle Fest.
Vendors set up inside the American Legion building.
There are also food trucks, a petting zoo, and even an appearance from Santa.
The event started at noon and will wrap up this evening with a parade and the Holmen Rotary Club’s special tree lighting event.
“Well obviously the Holmen Lions sponsors the Holmen corn fest parade, so I wouldn’t say we’re experts but we kind of know what we’re doing. It brings out the community, I mean what a great night, it’s perfect weather, everyone out, and let’s have a good time,” said Lions Club member, David Bentzen.
During Jingle Fest, many main street businesses offered special holiday promotions to encourage the community to shop locally and support the economy.
