Holmen Celebrates Kornfest
HOLMEN, Wis (WKBT) — Holmen’s annual Kornfest kicked off Friday with food, music and a carnival.
On Saturday, the fest continued with the annual Kornfest Parade.
The Parade features about 86 different participants and despite the rain, people were out taking it in.
Organizer’s say it’s a fun time for everyone.
“It’s a typical small town celebration as you have in a lot of towns. Everybody comes, has fun, eats corn, eats chicken. Kids go on the rides, It’s kind of like a mini-fair,” Lion’s Club Member Roger McHugh said.
Kornfest ends Sunday.
