LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — The ninth annual High School Band Day was at UW-La Crosse on Saturday.
The UWL Screaming Eagles Marching Band was joined by about 300 musicians, color guard and twirlers from seven area high schools.
The combined bands played The Star Spangled Banner before a football game and played three more songs during half time.

” For my students, especially the freshmen, it really sparks them to step up their game. It’s just a really cool event to watch top to bottom, ” said Fisher.
The Screaming Eagles also performed its field show during halftime, made up of themes from super hero movies.
