Grinde, Solum lead Spring Grove to win at La Crescent

Tysen Grinde and Eli Solum combined for 43 points to lead Spring Grove boys basketball to a 56-41 road win at La Crescent Tuesday night.

Grinde had a game-high 22 points for the Lions, while Solum added 21.
