Greater La Crosse Area Diversity Council elects new President
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — The Greater La Crosse Area Diversity Council elects new President.
Shane Gesler, of Manpower, has helped hundreds of people from the area find employment.
Gesler says, “from the CEO of an organization to the housekeeper; I’m hoping that we can all think outside our traditional box of recruiting, engaging, and retaining talent.”
Gesler’s experience working with a diverse group of people to find work makes him a great fit for the next President of the Greater La Crosse Area Diversity Council, according to Kayla Toufar, a Manpower Market Engagement Specialist. The organization works to strengthen the workplaces and communities of the Greater La Crosse Area by promoting and cultivating diversity, access, inclusion, and equity through collaborative projects and programs.
The Greater La Crosse Area Diversity Council will help ensure a better future for all members of the community, and gives the opportunity for our citizens to learn, share, and meet new people.
