Gradually Decreasing Clouds Today. Cooler, But Still Warm.
Friday’s Forecast High: 82°F, Tonight’s Forecast Low: 57°F
Good Friday to you! A cold front is moving through the area this morning. The main area of moisture brought showers and thunderstorms very early this morning, but those are exiting east. We could see a few isolated showers over the next couple hours, then clouds will decrease. Temperatures will be cooler today, but still warmer than average with highs in the low 80s.
Skies will be clear tonight, and temperatures will be cooler. Lows will be in the mid to upper 50s. Some patchy fog will be possible late.
We’ll see a mix of sun and clouds for Saturday with highs near 80 degrees. A weak disturbance will bring a few isolated showers during the afternoon and evening, mainly west of the Mississippi River.
Clouds will clear Sunday and temperatures will top out in the upper 70s to low 80s.
Get ready for the heat to return on Monday! Skies will be mostly sunny and highs will top out near 90 with increasing humidity.
A cold front will bring the chance of showers and storms on Tuesday, Tuesday night and possibly lingering into Wednesday morning. Cooler air will build in behind the front. Highs will be more seasonable in the 70s beginning Wednesday.
Have a fantastic Friday! –Michelle Poedel
