Gluten-free cooking class offered for individuals, families

Classes on March 18, 19 at Viterbo University

Viterbo University is offering Gluten-Free Interactive Cooking Classes on March 18 and 19.

The classes are intended for individuals and families living with Celiac Disease, gluten sensitivity, and wheat allergy.

Viterbo said the classes offer the opportunity for participants to make a meal and share gluten-free recipes with others to recreate at home.

Each session will be $10 a person and held in the Viterbo University’s Nursing Building, 900 Viterbo Cout in La Crosse, on:

March 18

12:30 – 2:30 p.m.

 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

March 19

12:30p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
