Giannis scores 33 as Bucks clinch series over Bulls

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 33 points to lead the Milwaukee Bucks to a 116-100 series-clinching win over the Bulls Wednesday night at Fiserv Forum.

The Bucks got out to a 16-point lead after the first quarter and cruised the rest of the way. Antetokounmpo’s 33 points came in just 30 minutes of work. He shot 11-of-15 from the floor.

Bobby Portis added 14 points and 17 rebounds for his fourth double-double of the series. Pat Connaughton scored 20 points off the bench, going 6-of-9 from three-point range. Brook Lopez added 12 points, and Jrue Holiday scored 10.

The Bucks next face the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference semifinal round. Game 1 is set for Sunday, May 1 at noon CT.
