Franciscan Spirituality Center announces endowment campaign

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT)- The Franciscan Spirituality Center in La Crosse announces an endowment campaign.

The goal is to raise $3 million to ensure a financially secure and sustainable future for the center.

For nearly 40 years, the spirituality center has been a part of the health of our community with much of the support coming from the Franciscan Sister of Perpetual Adoration.

Now, they’re looking to get the community behind the cause.

The center has played an important role, especially during the pandemic.

“The spirituality center has been able to support people who are really needing connection and needing to have conversations on a little bit of a deeper level to address some of those concerns and just to get the support they are looking for,” said campaign co-chair Barb Kruse.

More than a third of the $3 million goal has already been raised.

FSPA will match any donations before June 30th, up to $1.5 million.
