Festival Foods Turkey Trot returns to Onalaska as healthy way to start Thanksgiving
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — A healthy way to start Thanksgiving returns next week to Onalaska.
The 12th annual Festival Food Turkey Trot is Thanksgiving morning at the OmniCenter.
The event includes a 5-mile race, 2-mile fun run, 2-mile walk and a dog jog.
Money raised will support the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater La Crosse and the YMCA La Crosse.
Runners even get a pumpkin pie for participating.
While you still have time to register, you might want to hurry.
“On Sunday we have a price increase. So you’re able to register online through Sunday for the $30 per adult otherwise price increase does go up on Wednesday and Thursday of next week,” said Jessica Robey, Festival Foods Turkey Trot Race Director.
Runners can also register the day of the race at the Onalaska OmniCenter.
