This group is open to anyone experiencing anxiety or depression and offers meditation as a coping skill. Gatherings are on the first Thursday of the month, and you are welcome to attend any or all session as your schedule permits. Practicing coping skills such as meditation can change the way we interact with the world and with ourselves. Each evening will include a meditative practice followed by a brief discussion.
