Dry Tonight With Fairly Seasonable Temps
Chance Of Needed Rain Showers Tuesday & Tuesday Night
Tonight’s Forecast Low: 54F / Tuesday’s Forecast High: 71F…
This evening will be great for outdoor plans! Tonight will be dry with clear to partly cloudy skies. Temps will be fairly seasonable, with overnight lows ranging from the mid 40s (north/east) to the low-mid 50s.
A disturbance lifting to the north/northeast will cause clouds to increase on Tuesday. It will also bring a chance of needed rain showers… with the rain gradually lifting south to north through the day. There could be a few isolated t-storms in spots as well. The best rain chances for La Crosse will be after Noon. Temps will slip back a bit Tuesday, thanks to the cloud cover. Expect highs ranging from the mid 60s (south) to the low-mid 70s (north).
Keep the rain gear handy on Wednesday as well, as we will continue to have a chance for scattered showers and a few t-storms. There will be some dry time as well, with more clouds than sun and highs in the mid 70s.
Looking Ahead… The active pattern looks to persist through the week, with periodic chances for scattered showers and t-storms Thursday, Friday… and right through the weekend. Keep in mind none of the days will be washouts and there will be plenty of dry hours each day as well. Temps and humidity will gradually climb, with highs in the upper 70s to around 80F Thursday and Friday… then low-mid 80s over the weekend.
Just isolated rain chances to start next week and still warm, with highs in the low-mid 80s. Get ready for a taste of summer at times over the next 8 days.
Have a great Monday night! -Bill Graul
