DHS: La Crosse County has 59 new COVID-19 cases
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — La Crosse County had 59 new COVID-19 cases and Wisconsin had 3,777, according to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
La Crosse County reported one death over the weekend, bringing the total to 19.
New cases run the gamut of ages from those under the age of 9 to people more than 90 years old. Cases include:
- Two children under the age of 9;
- Six people aged 10-19;
- Eighteen people in their 20s;
- Six people in their 30s;
- Eleven people in their 40s;
- Six people in their 50s;
- Four people in their 60s;
- Two people in their 70s;
- Two people in their 80s; and,
- Two people over the age of 90.
DHS reported an additional 12 COVID-19 related deaths, bringing the total number of Wisconsinites who have died of the virus to an even 1,600.
