Decreasing Wind & Seasonably Cool Tonight -Bill Graul
Chance of Showers by Tuesday Night
Tonight’s Forecast Low: 48F / Tuesday’s Forecast High: 69F…
Partly cloudy tonight with seasonably cool overnight lows in the 40s for most. Still a bit breezy this evening, but winds will decrease later tonight.
Increasing clouds Tuesday as a disturbance and cold front approach from the west. Slight chance of showers Tuesday afternoon, mainly south and west. Highs Tuesday will mainly be in the mid 60s to low 70s.
Rain chances increase into Tuesday night, perhaps some isolated thunder in spots… especially south. Showers could linger into Wednesday morning, but most of Wednesday should be dry with highs in the mid-upper 60s.
Looking Ahead… Warmer Thursday and mainly dry for most of the day. Highs will climb back into the 75-80F range. Good chance of storms Thursday night, some of which could be strong to perhaps severe… so Thursday night will be an ALERT NIGHT. Lingering showers possible into Friday morning, otherwise breezy and cooler with highs in the mid-upper 60s.
Cooler for the weekend with highs only in the upper 50s to low 60s. Overnight lows will drop to around 40F, even 30s for some and we may have to keep an eye on chances for frost in traditional colder spots to the north and east. Isolated t-showers possible into the start of next week, with below average temps continuing.
Have a great Monday night! -Meteorologist Bill Graul
