Country Boomers be aware of road construction, shuttle service to/from West Salem
WEST SALEM, Wis. (WKBT) — Attendees at the Country Boom music festival Thursday-Sunday in West Salem should be aware of a construction road closure and shuttle service to the festivities.
Both attendees and regular traffic can expect delays, according to the La Crosse County Sheriff’s Office.
The free shuttles will run constantly, picking up and dropping off at Country Boom every 15 minutes from 4 p.m. until midnight Thursday, 1 p.m. Friday to 1 a.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Saturday until 1 a.m. Sunday.
Pick-up and drop-off spots will be West Salem High School, West Salem Middle School and Valley View Mall. Boomers parking at Valley View should not park near Hy-Vee or in front of Barnes and Noble. Parking will be available on the side parking lot near JCPenney and the former BMO Harris Bank building.
