Cooking With N8TM: Edamame Hummus & Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Edamame Hummus


1/2 lemon
1/2 lb chickpeas
4 oz tahini
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp olive oil
2/3 lb edamame


Add everything except oil into a food processor, begin blending. Pout in oil slowly until blended.

Cauliflower Crust Pizza


1 12″ cauliflower pizza crust
2/3 cup edamame hummus
1 roasted red bell pepper
1 white onion, caramelized
8 oz artichoke hearts
4 oz feta cheese


Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
Spread hummus on cauliflower crust.
Top with veggies and feta cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
