Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake
1/2 cup frozen banana
3/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup plain protein powder
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend for 2-3 minutes, until all ingredients are blended together.
Nutrition: 370 calories | 12g fat | 32g protein | 39g carbohydrates | 5g fiber | 180mg sodium
