Convicted sex offender to be released in La Crosse on Tuesday

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — The La Crosse Police Department announced Friday that a convicted sex offender will be released on Tuesday, April 14.
Billy R. Cade, Jr., 26, was convicted of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child. Police said Cade had sexual contact with several juvenile females.
Cade will live at 809 Rose Street in La Crosse. He will have to have face-to-face contact with law enforcement and comply with standard sex offender rules. Along with electronic monitoring, Cade may not have unsupervised contact with minors and cannot go to taverns, bars, or liquor stores.
