Convicted sex offender to be released in Jackson County
Thoedore Mousseaux to be placed in temporary housing in Black River Falls
JACKSON COUNTY, Wis. (WKBT) — The Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC) has notified the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office that convicted sex offender Theodore Mousseaux, 34, will be released on Monday, December 16.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office said Mousseaux will be placed in a temporary housing facility at 5 South Roosevelt Road in the City of Black River Falls and will be on electronic monitoring.
Mousseaux was convicted of 3rd degree sexual assault (2 counts), felony bail jumping, child enticement-expose sex organ in Jackson and Waupaca Counties.
