Convicted sex offender to be released in Eau Claire
Bruce Edward Moores to be released April 14
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WKBT) — The Wisconsin Department of Corrections has notified the Eau Claire Police Department that convicted sex offender Bruce Edward Moores will be released from prison on Tuesday, April 14.
In 2011, Moores was convicted in Eau Claire County of failure to comply with the sex offender registry and using an alias with the sex offender registry. He will live in the 100 block of Randall Street in the City of Eau Claire.
Moores will be on GPS monitoring. His parole rules include:
Cooperate with lifetime GPS monitoring
No contact with minors
Cannot be within 500 feet of a park, playground, library, or school All employment must be pre-approved Curfew at 4 p.m. Comply with all requirements as a lifetime registrant of Wisconsin’s Sex Offender Registration Program.
