Community members sing along with La Crosse Chamber Chorale at holiday concert

People joined together in harmony on Sunday.

The La Crosse Chamber Chorale hosted a concert at Christ Episcopal Church.

It was free and open to the public.

People were invited to join in on some favorite holiday songs.

There was a variety of choral and instrumental music, and the diverse lineup of songs made the concert more inclusive.

“We have an African piece, there’s also a piece in Hebrew that we’re doing. We’re also doing a piece that’s sacred and secular together. It’s Lo, How a Rose, but it also combines the song, The Rose, made famous by Bette Midler. So there’s a little but of every thing for the concert,” said Christopher Hathaway, Artistic Director of La Crosse Chamber Chorale.

Food donations for Wafer were also accepted during the event.

The concert had no religious affiliation.
