Cashton Football gets revenge on Bangor
Two weeks after facing off in the regular season finale, Bangor and Cashton matched up again Friday for Level 2 of the Division 7 playoffs, with Bangor winning 17-13 to share the Scenic Bluffs Conference title.
Friday night, it was Cashton getting sweet revenge on their home field by earning a 34-14 win.
Colin O’Neil led the Eagles with 156 rushing yards and three touchdowns.
The Eagles advance to Level 3 next Friday, when they will face Potosi-Cassville.
On the other side of the Division 7 bracket, Pepin-Alma lost to Spring Valley 27-21. The Eagles finish the season with an 8-2 record.
