Benefit to mark Bluff Country Family Resources’ 36 years
LA CRESCENT, Minn. (WKBT) – Bluff Country Family Resources and the La Crescent Area Event Center will host the fourth annual Evening of Solidarity from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, April 2, at the event center.
The evening’s activities are intended to celebrate Bluff Country’s 36 years of serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse in Houston County and the surrounding areas.
The event, with tickets at $50 apiece or $350 for a table of eight, will start with a social at 5:60, followed by dinner catered by Rosie Doering, speakers Julie O’Mara Meyer and Jessie Reed at 6:30 and raffle drawing at 7:15. The evening also will feature music by Zoe De Boer and Emily Dykman, a cash bar, silent auction, 50/50 raffle and a wine pull.
All proceeds will benefit Bluff Country participants.
The RSVP deadline is March 24, and RSVP’s can be dropped off at Bluff Country offices at 114 Main St. in Hokah; checks can be mailed to Bluff Country Family Resources, P.O.
