Bad weather couldn’t stop Family Fest
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – — Families could shake off their cabin fever at the La Crosse Center Sunday.
The 15 th annual family fest provided fun, food and entertainment to area families.
Kids could enjoy inflatables such as bounce houses and a shooting range.
Adults could browse local businesses and see what the community has to offer.
John Stevenson, the operations manager with La Crosse Media Group, said the bad weather didn’t stop hundreds from enjoying the event.
“You know, especially this year, we’re getting a little tired of the snow and the cold. Everybody wants to start thinking about spring and summer activities, and they’re really having fun today,” said Stevenson.
The event was free and everyone who came received a free pass to Mt. Olympus Water Park in the Wisconsin Dells.
