Another Warm Day. A Few T-Storms Possible.
Sunday’s Forecast High: 87°F, Tonight’s Forecast Low: 70°F
Good Sunday to you! Clear skies and light winds have lead to some fog in spots this morning. That should lift by mid to late morning, and then expect some warm, muggy sunshine. We’ll start to see a few more clouds build in during the early afternoon ahead of a system that could bring a few showers and storms later today and tonight. There is a chance that a few storms could be strong to severe – stay tuned and make sure you download our News8000 First Alert Weather App to stay weather aware.
A warm front will sit to our south bringing periodic showers and thunderstorms tonight, Monday and Tuesday. Despite the storm chances, temperatures will be quite warm and humidity levels will be high. High temperatures will top out in the upper 80s.
The rain chances stick around Wednesday through the end of the week, but they will be much smaller. Temperatures will remain warm in the upper 80s for highs.
As of now, the 4th of July holiday looks great with sun and above average temperatures.
Have a great day and stay tuned for updates! –Michelle Poedel
