$900,000 in counterfeit money seized at MN Port of Entry

U.S. Customs and Border protection says officers seized $900,000 in counterfeit money from the International Falls, Minnesota Port of Entry.

The counterfeit money was found in a commercial rail shipment which originated in China, the agency said.

Officers found 45 cartons of counterfeit $1 bills with fake value of $900,00

0 last month during a customs inspection. Secret Service was contacted and confirmed the currency was counterfeit.
