2 La Crosse men arrested on drug charges following 2-year investigation

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – Two La Crosse men were arrested early Thursday morning, July 30 following a two-year investigation by the Campbell Police Department.

Investigators from Campbell Police, West Central MEG Unit, and La Crosse Police Department’s Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at a southside La Crosse residence.

At the residence, law enforcement located approximately six pounds of hi-grade marijuana, two pounds of Butane Hash Oil, over 200 packages of THC edibles, cocaine, three AR-15 rifles with several high capacity magazines including hundreds of rounds of ammunition, one .270 caliber rifle, a flame thrower, and over $11,000.00 in cash.

NeffMarcus Neff, 23, of 1008 6th. St. South in La Crosse was arrested and charged with possession of THC with intent to deliver and maintaining a drug trafficking place.

HolbrookJon Holbrook, 38, also of 1008 6th. St. South in La Crosse was arrested and charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of cocaine and MDMA as well as a probation violation.

The investigation is ongoing and more arrests could be forthcoming, police say.
