$10.6M 5-story apartment complex proposed near UW-La Crosse

Proposed location at Badger and 13th Streets

Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions, a local real estate company, is planning a new five-story apartment complex near the UW-La Crosse campus.

The company proposed a $10.6 million housing project on Badger and 13th Streets.

It would have 60 residential units, a café, and Three Sixty Real Estate’s corporate office. The company said the building would be high-density housing to address student needs.

“So we have designed it to be to service the needs of the university and the growth of the university to be a housing place for students,” said Three Sixty Real Estate Owner Marvin Wander.

As part of the project, Three Sixty Real Estate is asking the City of La Crosse to pay for realigning the street for $250,000. Once the new building is finished it will create tax revenue to the City of $150,000.

Wanders pointed out that this is a pedestrian and bike focused project, but they will also offer on-site parking.
