My best day at News 8 was the day?
I rejoined the News 8 team in August of 2005. I love, and truly missed, journalism.
Favorite way to spend a day off?
Playing outside with my kids. And ice cream HAS to be involved.
What are you bad at and wish you could do better?
I am terrible at remembering names, and I get so frustrated with myself. Someone can introduce themselves to me and within seconds I've forgotten their name. How embarrassing!
Do you have a hobby or collect anything special to you?
I love gardening. It's in my blood.
What do you like about your job?
I love being able to share information with our viewers that impact their lives. I enjoy opportunities when I get to spotlight a new program at an area school district or when I can introduce our viewers to a stand-out student that is making a difference in our community.
I married my high school sweetheart in 2003. We have two wonderful little girls.
