it was a sloppy end to November as we've seena mix
of rain and snow falling across the region for much
of the day.
Here in La Crosse, msot of our precipitation has been
in the form of rain.
we've seen some snow mixing in at times, especially
across the higher terrain of the area.
The cause is this slow moving area of low pressure
that will continue to slowly move off to the east.
A closer look at the radar shows a mix of rain and
snow falling across the region.
so far,mos ot fhte snow totals I've seen are very
minor and confined to grassy surfaces if it sticks
Look for the mix to slowly diminish by mid evening.
Once this occurs, look fro a cloudy sky to persist
Temperatures are holding into the iddle and upper
these temperatures will hold nearly steady through
Here is today's almanac.
Look for highs tomorrow to warm back into the upper
30s to lower 40s.
As we put the maps into motion, look for that low
to finally start moving east.
While it won;t do much to clear our clouds, it will
cut into our precipition chances, with only slight
chances of rai and snow tomorrow.
A dry, but cloudy day will continue friday.
could we see a bit of sun Saturday? We'll keep our
look for evening rain and snow showers.
They should end around midnight.
Little snow accumulation is expected.
We'll see a low here in La Crosse in the middle to
Clouds will continue into tomorrow. There is a slight
chance of rain and snow showers, but those chances
have been dropped to about 30%.
Afternoon highs will top out in the lower 40s tomorrow.
look for clouds to linger into Firday.
It will be a bit cooler with highs in the 30s.
We may finally get to see some partial sunshine Saturday.
Sunday will bring another mix of rain and snow.
Monday looks dry.
We'll are still watching for a potential storm system
early next week,so for now we'll put a chance of rain
and snow into the forecast.
There is still a lot of uncertainty with this system...if
a storm system even developes.
so I'm not very confident during these days.
We'll just have to wait until the models come into
a bit more agreement.
