"Welcome back... it was another sunny and very pleasant
day across the area. We saw highs in the upper 50s
to lower 60s.
As we look at the maps, we can see high prssure firmly
in control of our weather. The high will bring another
clear night. However... it shouldn't be quite as cool
thanks to a light south breeze. Up to the northwest
is another cool front. It will sweep through tomorrow
bringing temps in the 40s for Friday. However... it
will be a very nice day tomorrow before the front
A look at temperatures show they range from upper
40s to middle 50s in most spots.
Here is today's almanac.
Lows tonight will drop into the middle 30s in the
east to the lower 40s elsewhere.
High temperatures will really warm up tomorrow thanks
to sunshine and a brisk south wind. Look for highs

As we put the maps into motion, look for that cold
front to move through the area tomorrow afternoon,
but not before rbing a breezy and warm day. This front
has no moisture to work with so we are not expecting
much in the way clouds and no precipitation.
As we head into Friday, look for a sunny, but colder
day as highs struggle to make it to 50 degrees.
Our forecast for tonight calls for a clear and cool
night, but not as cool as last night. look for a low
in the lower 40s here in La Crosse.
It will be a breezy and mild Thursday, with highs
in the lower to middle 60s. South winds will be rather
brisk at 10-20 mph.
Looking ahead... look for temperatures to moderate
into the 50s this weekend, then hang there through
much of next week. We'll pick up a slight chance of
showers Tuesday. We may be a better chance at rain
by next Thursday as the models have been pretty bullish
about develping a storm system over the Upper Midwest.
Stay tuned on that!
