As we look at the radar, we can see another band of
rain with isolated t-storms moving along the Minnesota/Iowa
This band of rain wil pass through the area this evening.
Amounts should remian lighter that what we saw earlier
today, but we could still see some pockets of heavier
rainfall at times in the south.
This band of rain should eventually clear the region
late this evening.

just can't take much more rain.
As a result, flash flood warnigns were issued.
The only warning that remains in effect is Winneshiek
county in northeastern Iowa.
This warning continues until about pm.
Because we are expecting more rainfall this evening.
