After a little morning rain, the sun came out, and
now get ready for more rain.
We've been seeing showers and thunderstorms pop up
this afternoon mainly in the Chippewa Valley and in
but as we head through the evening and tonight, the
rain will become more widespread.
Once the sun came out, it sure was a warm day with
highs in the 80s, but it's been feeling much warmer
thanks to the increase in humidity.
A warm front moved north of our region earlier today
helping to increase the heat and humidity.
The showers and thunderstorms are all forming along
a trailing cold front that will slowly move through
So if you're heading out to any high school football
games tonight, keep in mind that you could not only

We'll be watching this next system as we could see
some strong to severe storms.
