In the final game of his career and his second straight Super Bowl, quarterback John Elway led the Denver Broncos to a 34-19 victory over the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl XXXIII on Jan. 31, 1999. Elway completed 18 of 29 passes for 336 yards with one touchdown and also scored on a 3-yard rushing touchdown. At 38 years old, he became the oldest player to ever be named Super Bowl MVP.
