Terrence Howard, nominated in 2006 for "Hustle & Flow," was arrested in August 2000 in Cleveland after a disturbance on a plane in which he allegedly grabbed a flight attendant by the wrist and pushed her. The misdemeanor was later dropped by a local prosecutor for lack of jurisdiction.
