With Oscar-winner Halle Berry back in theaters this weekend with the psychological thriller "The Call," join us for a look back at her career so far.
It was her role in 2001's "Monster's Ball" that set a new career high for Berry. Starring alongside Billy Bob Thornton as troubled wife of an executed murderer, Berry became the first black woman to win an Oscar for Best Actress. The performance earned her several more honors, including the National Board of Review and the Screen Actors Guild best-actress awards.
